In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on tot77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee, contractor, or director of tot77 or any affiliate company.
5. You must not have been previously suspended, banned, or self-excluded from tot77 or from any affiliated platform.
6. You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
7. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.

tot77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tot77 support may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on tot77. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance and Bonus Funds held therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identity document (KTP or passport).
• Date of birth, confirming you are at least 21 years of age.
• A valid, personal email address that you own and have exclusive access to.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name within Indonesia.
• The name of your preferred local bank account or e-wallet, which must match the name on your tot77 Account for withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. tot77 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any wager or transaction completed using your login credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and tot77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

KYC Verification: tot77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. Before any withdrawal may be processed, you will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. tot77 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits made via verified bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Account Balance within 0–5 minutes of confirmed payment. tot77 is not liable for delays caused by the Member's financial institution.

Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB are ordinarily processed on the same day; requests submitted after 22:00 WIB will be processed by 10:00 WIB the following day. tot77 targets a maximum withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours.

tot77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in volume, frequency, or pattern. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing by the Member.

tot77 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, daily reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. The rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Members who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. tot77 reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: A Member may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless specifically stated in the promotion terms. Opting into a new promotion before completing the rollover on a prior bonus will result in forfeiture of the prior bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Live casino games, jackpot slots, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The game contribution schedule is published in the Bonus Terms section of the tot77 help centre.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the Account automatically without compensation.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus promotions through techniques including but not limited to matched betting, bonus hunting, arbitrage wagering, or collusion will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and possible permanent ban from the Platform.

tot77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that a Member has already activated and commenced wagering on prior to the change.

All games available on tot77 — including sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slot titles, and lottery products — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions prevail.

Specific provisions applying to all gameplay on tot77:

• Sportsbook: All bets on sporting events are subject to the applicable odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets placed after an event has commenced are subject to tot77's in-play betting rules. tot77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was known to the Member at the time of placement.

Technical disconnections during a live game round do not entitle the Member to a refund of the stake if the round completed successfully on the server. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tot77:

1. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
2. Opening or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a proxy.
3. Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a way not authorised by tot77.
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known errors must be returned in full.
6. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering activity with other Members or with third parties.
7. Using the Platform for any money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal purpose.
8. Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geo-restriction, or access control implemented by tot77.
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing tot77 staff, support agents, or other Members in any communication channel.

tot77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire Member base. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment; it must never be treated as a source of income or as a means to recover financial losses.

tot77 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your Account dashboard at any time:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the legal theory asserted.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or any other event beyond tot77's reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are attributable to certified third-party game providers — such matters are governed by the relevant provider's own terms and technical documentation.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, tot77's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, expressed in IDR.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tot77 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any information displayed thereon.

tot77 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by tot77's licensing jurisdiction. tot77 operates under international licensing standards and is regulated internationally.

Where internal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent tot77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before any competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate business interests.
